Meet Our Founder
Donnell Williams is the Broker/Owner of Destiny Realty Inc. and a respected leader in the real estate industry. With over 25 years of experience, Donnell is a lifelong advocate for Black homeownership and community empowerment.
He currently serves as President of the Black Real Estate Professionals Alliance (BREPA) and has held leadership roles with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, the New Jersey Association of Minority Real Estate Professionals, and more. Donnell is also the founder of House Then The Car, a national initiative that educates families on building wealth through real estate
As a licensed real estate professional since 1992 and broker since 2001, Donnell has built Destiny Realty into one of the most recognized and respected brokerages in New Jersey. His vision combines professionalism with a mission-driven approach to help families secure homes, stability, and financial independence.
